Rental conditions |

1. Information about the Properties: For information about our apartments, prices, availability, rental periods and other details, the client may fill out our form without any commitment whatsoever.
2. Reservations: Reservation of the property will abide by the following conditions:
- Availability of the property, as per information given by Rent a Flat.
- Submission of the reservation form with the conditions (price, period, address)
- Payment for the reservation of 50% of the total rental amount, via bank transfer or credit card payment (Visa or American Express).
3. Admission to the Property: Payment of the remainder of the rental amount shall be effected in cash upon admission to the property. We cannot accept payment by check or credit card for the payment of this balance.
4. Rental Surety Deposit: A rental surety deposit of 50% of the total rental amount shall be required to defray possible replacement costs for breakages or damages that may occur in the property after admission to the apartment. This amount will be refunded at the time of departure after inspection of the apartment to verify that all is in order in the property. This deposit may be made by credit card or in cash. At the end of the rental, in the event that the tenant wishes that the refund be given to another person, this fact should be authorized in writing and notified to Rent a Flat.
5. Cancellation: Period change or cancellation of the reservation for the tenant or departure before the stipulated time shall not entitle the tenant to a refund of amounts already paid.
6. Accommodation: The apartments will be at the disposal of the client on the day stipulated on the receipt. Rent a Flat shall not be held responsible for any change of rental period for whatever reason.
7. Inspection: The apartments are all fully furnished and equipped, with an inventory of all furnishings and fittings. The property shall be inspected by an employee of Rent a Flat prior to admission and upon departure.
8. Utilities: The consumption of electricity and gas is not included in the rental amount. Payment for same shall be made at the end of the rental period in accordance with effective consumption, verified by checking the respective meter.
9. Bed and Bath Linen: One set of bed and bath linen is provided in accordance with the number of people occupying the apartment. In the event the client requires a change of bed and bath linen, a laundry fee will be charged.
10. Animals: Animals are not permitted in the apartments at any time.
11. Cleanliness: The apartments are delivered to the tenant in a clean and orderly state and shall be returned in the same condition as received upon departure.
12. Registration: The tenant shall notify the number of people who will occupy the apartment and their respective full names prior to admission to same.
13. Regulation: The client shall be subject to the internal regulations of the building and shall be held liable for any breach of conduct, being subject to warnings and fines. Payment for any irregularities detected by the building coordinators shall be paid to Rent a Flat prior to departure from the property.
14. Termination: The termination of the rental period shall be at midday of the day following the date on the contract signed by the parties.
